🔁 Refund & Return Policy
At Sundari Gardens, we take great care in packing and delivering healthy live plants to your doorstep.
However, as plants are perishable and sensitive to handling, we follow a very specific refund policy to maintain quality and fairness.
Once an order is placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Since each plant is a live item, once it leaves our nursery, it becomes sensitive to temperature, transport conditions, and handling beyond our control.
In the rare event that a plant is damaged during transit, we request that you inform us within 1 to 2 hours of receiving the delivery. To process a replacement or refund, you must send us clear photos of the damaged plant via WhatsApp or email, showing the packaging and the plant clearly.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance, as we cannot verify handling or storage conditions beyond that point.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:

Minor variations in color, size, or leaf shape (plants are natural and vary)

A change of mind after the order is shipped

Failure to care for or plant the product correctly after delivery
If your claim is valid, we will issue a replacement or full/partial refund based on the situation, which will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
